For faster assistance, include the business name, phone number registered in the app, issue title and, where possible, screenshots.
4. Legal and privacy requests
For privacy, KVKK, data access or deletion requests, the relevant guidance pages should be treated as primary. For legal requests, email is the preferred channel.
