1. What can you request?
- To learn which data about you is stored.
- To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
- To request account or data deletion.
- To request a data copy or export where applicable.
- To update support and marketing communication preferences.
2. How do you submit a request?
Send your request to bilgi@ustat.net. If possible, use one of the following subjects in the email:
- Data Access Request
- Data Correction Request
- Data Deletion Request
- Communication Preference Update
3. What information should be included?
- Business name and, if available, username.
- Registered phone number or email used in the application.
- Request type and a short explanation.
- Additional information that may help identity verification where needed.
4. Important note for deletion requests
Account or data deletion requests do not remove legal retention obligations. Records that must be retained for tax, financial or legal reasons may continue to be stored for the minimum period required by law.
5. Response time
Requests are evaluated within the time limits permitted by law and reasonable operational periods. Additional verification may be requested where necessary.
